1. We apply strict quality check through the production. Our electro-painting is much better than most other local factories. Customers never complain about our quality.
2. Once you placed order with us, one of our staff will track your order, let you know the newest process until you have received it. Your request will be replied within 24 hours.
3. Sample production takes 7-14 business days, we charge tooling cost USD10-20 per design, 1 or 2 samples per design. Tooling cost will be refunded when order is confirmed. Additional sample price is 3 times of order unit price.
4. 1pc or pair per poly bag with paperboard, 12pcs or pairs into 1 poly bag. Custom packaging is available at an additional charge.
